In this in person episode, we find ourselves sitting with a familiar but often unspoken tension, the feeling of being pulled in multiple directions, while knowing that moving forward requires something quieter, and harder: clarity.
We reflect on what it means to commit, not just in what we say yes to, but in what we’re willing to let go of. How often we carry more than we need. How easily our minds negotiate us away from the things that matter. And how, beneath it all, there’s a cost to trying to hold onto everything at once.
We explore the difference between moving with intention and reacting to noise, from our environment, from uncertainty, and from within ourselves. And in doing so, we begin to question whether clarity is something we arrive at, or something we protect.
Because maybe the challenge isn’t figuring out what to do next.
Maybe it’s learning to stand still long enough to see what’s already clear.
